By the end of November, UNHCR had created 18,927 places in the accommodation scheme as part of the ESTIA programme. These were in 3,092 separate facilities, in 21 cities across GREECE. The Accommodation Scheme provides rented housing to vulnerable asylum-seekers and refugees in GREECE.
