Anti-Corruption authority confirms €1.1mln embezzlement by Metro workers

The General Inspector of Public Administration has confirmed the case of an embezzlement of  €1,156,000 by workers at the Athens Metro Lines 2 and 3. The case refers to “fake” tickets offered by STASY workers. Their worth totaled €1,156,000, however, there were no relevant invoices and documents.
