Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Terens Quick, will represent Greece at today’s OSCE Mediterranean Conference, in Palermo. The subject of the conference is “Movements of Migrants and Refugees in the Mediterranean: Challenges and Opportunities”, and it is being attended by the OSCE’s Participating States and Mediterranean Partners.
