In the Greek Yogurt Wars, Culture Wins the Day

In 2005, Hamdi Ulukaya, a Turkish immigrant to the U.S., bought a defunct yogurt factory being closed by Kraft Foods in upstate New York. He had grown up in a dairy-farming family in a small village in Turkey but had no experience in the yogurt business.
