Family members and neighbors told News 8 Sunday evening that 13-year-old Dominic Cook was struck and killed in front of his home on Flynn Road in Greece. The Cooks' next door neighbor, Bill Sexstone, said, "He was a young, good kid. Never gave any trouble.
