The Deputy Foreign Minister for Greek Diaspora Affairs, Terens Quick, met today at his office, at the Foreign Ministry, with Patriarch Theodoros of Alexandria.The discussion took place in a very warm climate and concerned mainly the planning of the Deputy Minister’s tour of African countries where there continue to be significant Greek communities, including DR Congo, Ethiopia and Botswana.It was also agreed that the Deputy Minister will visit Alexandria and Cairo from 16 to 18 December, while a visit to South Africa (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town) will be scheduled for the second quarter of 2017.
