The Deputy Foreign Minister for Greeks abroad, Terens Quick, received the Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Overseas Cypriots, Fotis Fotiou, at the Foreign Ministry today, 22 November.On behalf of their respective governments, Messrs. Quick and Fotiou signed a “Memorandum of Understanding on overseas community issues,” which provides for, among other things, cooperation in specialized sectors between Greece’s General Secretariat for Greeks Abroad and the Office of the Presidential Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Overseas Cypriots.
