Greek Festival remembers ‘Father Matthew’ as it serves up food and culture to big crowds

The lamb is on the spit. A long line of patrons wait for their chance to buy authentic spanakopita, dolmathes and baklava, while children hold hands as they dance on stage. This is the Greek Festival, always a big draw in downtown Salt Lake City.
