Eurozone finally approves €7.5bn Greek loan

Eurozone countries give the green light to emergency funding after Greece finally does enough to satisfy lenders 8.12am BST EUROPEAN MARKETS HAVE OPENED HIGHER, FOLLOWING WALL STREET’S GAINS ON THURSDAY. Good news for Greece, as its eurozone creditors have agreed to release a €7.5bn (£6bn) tranche of funding urgently needed by Athens. A cycle is ending for the country.
