Global Stocks Edge Lower Ahead of Greek Debt Relief Talks

Global stocks inched slightly lower Tuesday, as investors found few fresh catalysts to push markets out of a narrow trading range ahead of Greek debt-relief talks. The Stoxx Europe 600 edged down 0.2% in early trade, after a quiet session in Asia.
