Sent back at dawn, the first migrants return to Turkey from Greece under EU deal to ease the crisis as Austria sends troops to border to stop new flood coming in via Italy

A small Turkish ferry and a larger catamaran left the Greek island of Lesbos carrying 131 migrants, mainly from Pakistan and Bangladesh at dawn today, according to the EU border agency Frontex.
