Greece won’t welcome visit by Austrian minister

Greece refused the Austrian interior minister’s proposed visit to Athens next week, as tensions between the two countries continue to rise. On Friday, Athens declined Johanna Mikl-Leitner’s request in response to Austria’s tougher stance on refugee policy. The refusal comes a day after the Greek government recalled its ambassador to Vienna to show its displeasure.
