Rights groups criticise Europe refugee resettlement plan

Dutch Labour leader proposes that resettlement would be in exchange for Turkey taking back migrants expected to land on Greek shores this year A small alliance of European leaders is considering the resettlement of hundreds of thousands of refugees directly from the Middle East, in one of the first indications that top-level politicians may be willing to use mass resettlement as a way of managing the fallout from the European refugee crisis.
