Greece’s public sector labor union ADEDY filed a motion on Monday to the Council of State, Greece’s supreme administrative court, asking to cancel a law that gradually increases the retirement age in the public sector. ADEDY is specifically turning against a joint ministerial decision signed in October 2015 by Labor, Social Insurance and Social Solidarity
