Holidaymakers heading for Greek islands are taking extra food and clothing in their luggage to give to migrants forced to camp on beaches because no one else will help

Greece has been overwhelmed by record numbers of refugees landing on its islands, with more than 160,000 arriving since January and 21,000 in the last week alone.
