By Renee Maltezou and Angeliki Koutantou ATHENS (Reuters) - Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras raced on Thursday to finalise a tough package with tax hikes and pension reforms due within hours if Athens is to win a new aid lifeline from creditors and avoid crashing out of the euro. If satisfied, the European leaders would endorse the package on Sunday, averting a potential Greek exit from Europe's single currency.
