Planned meeting of all 28 member states’ leaders called off at last minute as talks continue between finance ministers of currency blocA meeting of all EU leaders to decide Greece’s fate has been cancelled, as ministers from the narrower eurozone group struggle to agree on a way forward to resolve the intractable debt crisis.Donald Tusk, the European council president, announced that the session of the 28 EU heads of government scheduled for Sunday had been postponed.
