4.0-Magnitude Earthquake in Northern Greece

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake has been registered in northern Greece, close to the border with Bulgaria, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center announced. The tremor was registered at 1:03 am UTC on Tuesday. The quake’s epicenter was 27 km NE of Drama, Greece, 40 km SW of Smolyan, Bulgaria, and 180 km SE of Sofia, Bulgaria.
