Technical discussions between Greek officials and representatives of the European Union, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund resumed in Brussels at 6 a.m. local time after Greek premier Alexis Tsipras left talks at the European Commission with representatives of the institutions after 1 a.m. on Thursday without an agreement between Greece and its lenders, the Athens-Macedonian news agency reported.
