Kyle Lafferty scored both of Northern Ireland's goals in the first half at Windsor Park, taking the striker's tally in qualifying to five goals. The Northern Irish have won four of their five qualifiers and are a point behind Romania, which beat the Faeroe Islands 1-0 on Claudiu Keseru's 21st-minute goal. There was a small protest before the match in Belfast, with dozens of people gathering outside a church near the stadium to oppose Northern Ireland's first ever home game on a Sunday. Last-place Greece visits Hungary later Sunday.
