Greek Deputy FinMin Sees Agreement with Creditors on Wednesday

Greek Deputy Finance Minister Dimitris Mardas in statements to Greek television said that he sees an agreement with the country’s creditors on Wednesday. He estimated that creditors are not going to delay the negotiations. “I see an agreement tomorrow,” he underlined. Regarding the country’s cash reserves until April 8, he referred to the current negotiation. “As you already know, a negotiation is underway… Let’s see the results of the Euro Working Group (EWG) and then we can talk about anything else regarding cash reserves,” he underlined. As for the law that will replace the Unified Property Tax (ENFIA), he underlined that its implementation is postponed for a while and it will not be implemented in one or two months but a bit later. “Another solution is being sought,” Mardas said, adding that this solution will be beneficial to low income households.
