This is a teaser excerpt from Greek Reporter’s upcoming documentary “Ropoto: Greece’ Sinking Ghost town.” We visited Ropoto, the once thriving village that was turned into a ghost town after a natural event that took place in 2012. It was then that most of the structures were destroyed and the village’s terrain started sinking. Greek Reporter has undertaken the task to turn interesting Greek stories into documentaries and “Ropoto: Greece’s Sinking Ghost Town” was one of the first we filmed.
