Opinion Poll: SYRIZA Continues to Lead Over ND

Main opposition SYRIZA continues to lead over ruling New Democracy (ND) with 3.5 percentage points, according to an opinion poll conducted by Pulse RC for private TV Action24. Citizens believe that SYRIZA would win Greece ‘s elections if we had ballots now, however, current Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras is more suitable for prime minister said 36 percent of the respondents with SYRIZA leader Alexis Tsipras preferred by 29 percent and 32 percent said none of the above. According to the poll results the main opposition party comes first with 28.5 percent, ND with 25 percent in third place is PASOK-Democratic Party with 6.5 percent followed by to Potami and Golden Dawn with 5.5 percent and the Communist Party (KKE) with 5 percent, Independent Greeks with 3.5 percent. 5.5 percent of the respondents said the will vote for another party and 15 percent did not answer or said they will cast blank.
