Greek Public Sector Employees to Assess New Evaluation System

Greek public sector employees will be able to evaluate the new performance evaluation system as of today, December 22, it was announced on Monday. All public sector employees are called to anonymously answer eight questions on Greece’s Administrative Reform Ministry evaluation plan rough draft, after reading the analytical presentation posted on www.koitamemprosta.gr. The responses given, in combination with the public debate to be launched by the Ministry in the next few days, will be taken under consideration in drawing up the relevant draft bill. “Keeping our commitments, we put the public sector employees’ new evaluation system up for public debate. We are interested in the opinion of the public sector employees themselves,” Administrative Reform Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis underlined. (source: ana-mpa)
