More Hot Springs Recognized in Greece

The number of officially recognized hot springs in Greece is growing, following a positive stance of the Natural Thermal Resources Protection Committee. As is was stressed in a Greek Tourism Ministry statement, five new hot springs have been recognized in Greece, while the notices have already been published in the Government Gazette. The new hot springs are located in Souroti, Kyllini, Thermae Sylla, Phryni Skourtanioti and Gialtra. Twenty more hot springs in various parts of the country remain under inspection.
