In a sudden move that will likely stir up competition in the dairy market, next Monday the Vivartia company will introduce a new “Delta Dairy” label milk. It will be available in a 750ml carton in Attica bakeries – not in supermarkets– and will have a next-day expiration date. Vivartia’s Tavros plant will be in charge of distribution. “Delta” aims to provide customers with the old-fashioned dairy milk once distributed in Greek neighborhoods. The product’s price has not yet been announced.
