Greek National Team: Claudio Ranieri Set on the Starters Vs Romania

The 2016 UEFA European Cup Group F qualifiers begin tomorrow with the game between Greece vs Romania at the Karaiskakis stadium. Finland vs Faroe Islands and Hungary vs Northern Island are the other two games of the day. This will be Claudio Ranieri’s first performance as a coach of the Greek team as no friendlies were set before tomorrow’s match. In preparation for tomorrow’s clash, the Italian has had the Greek team over his radar for almost a week, scheduling double practices almost every day. He actually even has one coming up for tomorrow morning before the night’s big game, a bizarre deed in today’s football. AC Monaco’s 2012-14 manager has already settled on the starting eleven and they are: 1)  Orestis Karnezis (Udineze) 2)  Vasilios Torosidis (AC Roma) 3)  Jose Holebas (AC Roma) 4)  Kostas Manolas (AC Roma) 5)  Sokratis Papastathopoulos (Borrusia Dortmund) 6)  Panayotis Tachtsidis (Hellas Verona) 7)  Panayotis Kone (Udineze) 8)  Andreas Samaris (Benfica) 9)  Dimitris Salpingidis (PAOK Thessaloniki) 10) Georgios Samaras (West Bromwich) 11) Kostas Mitroglou (Olympiacos) English referee Marc Clattenburg will be officiating the game which is set to start at 21:45 (Athens time)  / 14:45 (EST)
