Benefits cheat stole identities of two dead friends in 17-year campaign of deception to swindle £232,000

Paul Burnett, of Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, bought homes and claimed benefits under friends' names - one of whom died in a motorcycle crash while another drowned in Greece.
