Greek parliament votes to cut Golden Dawn state funds

The Greek parliament has voted to cut off state funds to the far-right Golden Dawn party. The law was passed by 235 votes to zero. It freezes payments to parties whose leadership is involved in a criminal group or terrorism. The party’s leader Nikos Michaloliakos and two other senior members were arrested in September on charges of being part of a criminal group. The trial is pending. It ...
