Greek fashion designer Michalis Aslanis died from pulmonary edema according to a preliminary post mortem report conducted by coroner Sotiris Bouzianis on Thursday.According to the report this may have been caused by excessive use of pills or drugs, but could also have been the result of purely pathological causes.
