Greece underperforms broadly stronger European equities, weighed down by  financials after the lifting of a short sale ban on bank shares.  The Greek ATG index is down 1.4 percent - one of the few regional  fallers in Europe and against a 0.2 percent rise on STOXX Europe 600.
