Christos Zois, who left New Democracy for the Independent Greeks, has now left to to head a new center-oright party, Nea Mera (New Day) giving Greece another party it its widening spectrum of fringe groups although few have any chance of getting the 3 percent of the vote threshold needed to enter Parliament when elections are held.
