ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt. - Nicholas J. Zontanos, 78, of Essex Junction, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2013, surrounded by family. He was born in Greece on Nov. 15, 1934. Encouraged by his uncle, Papa Nick Zontanos, for whom the restaurant in Hinesburg is named, Nick emigrated from Greece to the United States in 1966.
