Unexpected ways to use Greek yogurt

Where regular yogurt is the base of a recipe, a satisfying lighter version can be made using nonfat Greek yogurt instead. Try Greek yogurt in a recipe for the marinade that makes brilliant orange tandoori chicken, or make it the base for the zesty dill-flavored cucumber dip tzatziki.
