4 Line: Brooklyn Borough Hall stop is close to classic food and drink choices
Brooklyn’s Borough Hall is a grand building that gives the first 4 train stops in the borough its name. Nearby there are three businesses that are not quite as old as the 1848 Greek Revival structure, which remains the seat of local government.
