GREECE: Tens of thousands rally in Athens against tough austerity measures

Greece ground to a virtual standstill on Wednesday as tens of thousands took to the street in the country's first general strike of the year. Protesters are continuing to push against tough austerity measures and tax hikes, necessary to qualify for the next round of bailout funds.
Dozens of flights were cancelled, while train, bus, and boat services are ran on limited schedules, hospitals are operated with minimum staff.
