ECB'S Nowotny says Spain has no immediate need of help

VIENNA (Reuters) - Spain has no immediate need of help from the European Central Bank's new bond-buying program and should see to what it extent it manages to refinance itself on the markets before making a request for aid, ECB policymaker Ewald Nowotny said.
